Bridgette brings in 27 years of experience in Operations, and other functions in a BPO. She has intrinsic experience with verticals like E-Commerce, BFSI and Telecom etc. She is an MA Litt.  and has completed her MBA in Hospitality Management from the Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development (OCLD) – Delhi. She is certified for Lean and Six Sigma, and is a DISC certified counsellor and coach.
