Makesh Sankaran

Makesh joins us with experience from a large repertoire of esteemed organizations. Though initially headed in the direction of being a career academician in Physics, having got an entry in many of the august institutes in India and abroad, Makesh started his career with some well-known FMCG organizations i.e HCL, Onida & LG. Some way down the line, Makesh made a switch to the BPO industry and has never looked back. Across his journey he has been with Adventity, Allsec, Karvy, Armsoftech and at Fusion BPO services. He has headed these organizations in CX positions, has comprehensive knowledge of every aspect of our business, and firmly believes that in today’s market, Technology and Business Development should remain the main focus areas in a BPO.
