Raji bases her leadership tenets on what she terms ‘The Four Value Pillars’ – Delivering value through tech and touch, “Connect from the Heart” with all stakeholders, owning Self Development and Integrity & Simplicity.
Head- HR, L&D, Transition
Bridgette brings in 27 years of experience in Operations, Training, Quality and HR with verticals like E-Commerce, BFSI and Telecom etc. On her career path she has been associated with The Oberoi Hotels, Motorola, Airtel, Axis Bank and Flipkart. Prior to joining Altruist she was associated with Flipkart where she had been working for the last 3 years. She is MA Litt. & has completed her MBA in Hospitality Management from e Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development (OCLD) – Delhi. She is certified for Lean and Six Sigma, and is a DISC certified counsellor & coach.
Prior to joining Altruist, Vishal has worked with major brands like American Express, Reliance, Airtel & Pidilite. He has 23 years’ experience handling large operations spanning Customer Services, Operations Management, Project Management & Service Delivery. Vishal’s specialization is managing operations for Banking and NBFC business lines. He is Six Sigma certified, and believes in a deep dive approach.

Overall 17 + years of experience in BPO management including Partner management, Operations, Quality Management, transition In leading Telecom Operations.
He has been for 3+ years in Altruist heading Financial operations, WFM & Invoicing. He is also a subject matter expect on Data Analytics for Operations
GM – Information Technology
Vinod is a competent professional, he comes with extensive expertise as a technologist in the telecom & media industry. He has a background in System Architecture design, Software development and Software project management. He has excellent control and understanding of telecom software industry over a period of 18 years.
He has been with the Altruist group and has been General Manager Technology for 14 years specifically handling acquisition processes and technology innovations. He has extensive experience leading, managing and mentoring teams in both technical and functional capabilities. He has delivered key requirements to the company’s technical infrastructure, security and AI based Projects, as well as for Call Center Solutions and R&D. He is also expert in technologies such as Data Mining, BI, Blockchain and ASR. He is the architect behind the BPO dialer and BI solutions that are currently offered to many of our clients.
He comes with 20 years of extensive BPO and service delivery experience in Banking/ Telecom/ Insurance and Ecommerce. Prior to Joining Altruist he worked in some of the leading BPO organizations across various geographies. During his professional journey he has handled large multiple site operations and complex processes across diverse industries. He is Six Sigma certified, and is known for his out of the box solutions while managing complex scenarios.
